Check access
Open your phone’s Settings, find the event app, and review its camera and photo permissions. Enable the permission needed for the feature you want to use, then return to the app.
Scan a QR code
When the event asks you to scan a code, open the relevant scanner in the app. Hold the phone steady, keep the whole code visible, and avoid glare. Use a code supplied for the activity you are trying to complete.
The code is rejected
Check that the code is intended for your meeting or activity. Ask the event team to verify the code if it still cannot be read or is not accepted.
