Review app preferences
Open your profile’s notification settings and review the available preferences. You can also open Notifications in the app to see the messages available there.
Check your phone settings
- Open your phone’s Settings and find the event app.
- Open its notification permissions and allow notifications if you want to receive them.
- Review Focus, Do Not Disturb, or battery settings if notifications are delayed.
No notification has arrived
Check your internet connection and confirm that you are in the right meeting. Notifications depend on messages sent by the organizer; enabling them does not create new event messages.
